About the Archive

In studying the past, we turn to various sources, including archival documents, which silently preserve information about past events, phenomena, facts, and names.

But are they truly silent? Through the meticulous collection, research, and preservation of archival information on various topics of the history and culture of Germans in Kazakhstan, we have seen that archival materials can often loudly "speak" about the issues of the past.

This makes the reference to documentary history all the more valuable today in the search for answers to many pressing questions and challenges of the present.
